He utilizes his business acumen to lead new ventures focused on asset management and consulting services. Since 2009, he has served on the Arizona Multifamily Association Board of Directors and as of 2025, acts as Board Chair.

Scott spearheads our software initiatives, steering large-scale integrations and technology projects. As a tenured leader in the multifamily industry, his expertise complements our Information Technology function – driving innovation and elevating our capabilities for continued success.

Lauren leads and customizes our Marketing strategy and Creative services to fit the needs of our valued investors, partners and residents. Driving our brand forward, she thoughtfully directs her team to achieve company and client goals.

During his long-term tenure, Dan assumed an elevated role focused on directing our Integrated Operations Network (ION) in 2021. His leadership, in partnership with our onsite teams, drives our organization to be at the forefront of centralized services and innovations.

Shelene’s leadership is centered around organizing processes and training our team members to ensure clarity, consistency and cohesion of Mark-Taylor's 5-star experience. Her team creates operational standards, processes, protocol, and training that builds brand excellence.

Rica has been with Mark-Taylor for over 10 admirable years; her rich operational expertise and passion for people enhance our Concierge Services, a vital part of our Integrated Operations Network. Rica leverages her strategic vision to foster a culture of daily growth and excellence.

Alison leads Mark-Taylor Consulting division, facilitating expert services to our clients throughout the asset management life cycle. In addition, she oversees our Communications and Project Management functions, ensuring our team members, partners and clients stay well-informed and engaged.

As a department leader, Kurtis oversees Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Employee Experience. He champions Mark-Taylor's most important resource: Our people. His dedication is reflected in initiatives like onboarding, Corporate Social Responsibility programming and signature employee events.

Anselmo built and leads a sophisticated and secure technology infrastructure that extends across Mark-Taylor’s communities. His team provides technological oversight and support for the organization’s systems. 

Austin’s direction ensures his portfolio of communities operate at peak performance and align with client goals. His leadership enables community teams to serve valued residents. 

Tom aligns with each of his clients' investment objectives to achieve financial and operational goals. His direction helps his community teams navigate complex projects and manage resident relations. 

In nearly 20 years at Mark-Taylor, Kaycee has leased up more than 5,000 units and gained a specialization in the Build-To-Rent real estate niche. Her seasoned expertise in community operations and people management equip her to lead a varied portfolio of Class-A communities.

Through a versatile background inclusive of legal, real estate and business expertise, Andrew oversees a section of the Mark-Taylor portfolio. Additionally, he creates and maintains client relationships. 

A proficient operational leader, Andre directs a portfolio of luxury communities. His valued mentorship develops his team members and inspires them to deliver excellent service. 

Through a diverse background in asset management and investment banking, Jake directs a portfolio of Mark-Taylor luxury communities. He also utilizes his expertise to form strong client relations. 

Two-time winner of Arizona Multihousing Association "Property Supervisor of the Year" award, Ashley is a well-respected multifamily industry expert. Her 15-year tenure at Mark-Taylor has given her the tools to lead the largest portion of the Mark-Taylor portfolio and engage in client relations. 

Through more than a decade of tenure at Mark-Taylor, Ciera leads a portfolio of luxury communities to perform at optimal efficiency. Her thorough experience and operational acumen help clients achieve maximum financial performance.

Leveraging her leadership background and more than two decades of multifamily expertise, Tarah ensures our leasing teams are well-supported to deliver our signature service. She prioritizes cultivating a welcoming environment for team members and residents to call home.

An expert multifamily professional, Jillian has nearly two decades of experience at Mark-Taylor. As an operational leader, she shares her expertise to support her teams and streamline processes.

Joining Mark-Taylor as Leasing Consultant in 1999, Tracy has been instrumental to the growth of the company and development of many team members’ careers. She continues to help build and develop community teams with her expert leadership.

Possessing more than 17 years of industry experience, Tina is a trusted professional within the multifamily space. She oversees the operations and management for a portfolio of luxury communities.

Through Brian’s oversight, several Mark-Taylor community teams offer our signature five-star standard of service. His strategic direction guides and supports his teams to achieve operational excellence.

Ora is dedicated to supporting onsite teams in all aspects of their five-star operations. Working closely with executive leadership and aligning with Mark Taylor’s mission and vision, Ora serves as a mentor – a driving force for continuous team growth and development.

Utilizing her diverse background in multifamily residential management, acquisitions and lease-ups, Jenny leads her portfolio teams towards continuous operational improvement. Her wealth of knowledge ensures adaptability, guiding teams in navigating ever-evolving market environments.

Chris, a seasoned leader with 20+ years in multifamily maintenance, construction and renovation, specializes in large-scale CapEx and amenity improvements across our portfolio. As Director of Facilities and Renovation Management, he prioritizes optimization, safety, sustainability, and exceptional outcomes.

Kris utilizes his extensive background in skilled maintenance services to direct the service leadership team at Mark-Taylor. Head of the Mark-Taylor Safety Committee, Kris also works to ensure the safety of our community teams.

Holding an impressive record of industry-related awards, Omar commands a wealth of knowledge within service, facilities, and multifamily housing. He is focused on building new innovations and efficiencies that complement his service teams and their residents.

Overseeing service and facilities operations and financials, Andy gives our onsite teams the leadership and support to provide their best service. His knowledgeable direction ensures optimal execution of community maintenance services. 

More than two decades of industry experience enables Miguel to expertly lead a portfolio of community service teams. He oversees his teams’ facility operations and critical maintenance responsibilities. 

Upholding more than 15 years of industry experience, Derek leads a portfolio of Mark-Taylor’s service and facilities teams. His tenured experience has earned him well-deserved recognition through the Arizona Multihousing Association’s “Team of the Year” award.  

Tom possesses more than 30 years of professional experience in the facility management industry. He oversees nearly a dozen of our exceptional community maintenance teams, ensuring they consistently achieve a high level of operational excellence.

A seasoned professional, Jason excels in driving peak operational performance across our portfolio with a growth-focused mindset. His expertise is dedicated to implementing new systems, streamlining efficiencies for the MT Team.
